I want to know if this computer's performance can be salvaged by upgrading its drive from that slow crappy Toshiba drive to a SATA SSD drive. OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 3 Build 15063.

CPU: AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics, 2000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s).This should not have been an issue 10 years ago, let alone today. Even for totally light use like what my relative does (word processing, web surfing, etc), it can have frustrating user interface delays. The monitor is fine, but the computer's performance, Lord have mercy, is horrendous. (Don't tell me what a mistake this was, I would not have done this either.) Someone bought one of my relatives a Dell Inspiron 24-3455 all in one.
